We Welcome our Newest Team Member
Tracy has a Master of Human Development Counseling Degree from the University of Illinois. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Health and Human Performance from the University of Florida. She is a registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. She is also a Gottman Certified Couples Therapist.
Tracy has experience working in a hospital setting with transplant patients. She values the opportunity to support individuals and their families in times of need, as we all will experience hard times in life. Tracy has a great interest in relationships and what makes them work. She prioritizes understanding core values and helping couples identify places where actions may be misaligned with values. She is especially interested in helping couples who feel “stuck” in negative patterns. Integrating her health and wellness background with her passion to help others, she believes mind, body, and spirit work in sync and strives to guide others to a place of harmony. Her goal for clients is an exploration of inner core values while honoring personal strengths and unique assets. She describes herself as “real”, empathetic and a true optimist. Tracy grew up in Florida. In her free time she loves spending time with friends and family, running, writing, and traveling. |

The test screens you for 12 of the most common mental health conditions. Answering the questions will give you an idea of how likely you are to have each condition. The higher your score, the more likely you need to talk to one of our therapists.
